Actor’s Spotlight: Jacob Latimore

Jacob Latimore was born on August 10th, 1996 to Latitia Taylor and Jacob Latimore Sr.. He is an actor and singer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His initial introduction into the entertainment industry was that of a singer. His first song was “Best Friend” which was released in 2005. In 2006 he released his second song called “Superstar”. Latimore’s first hit song was released in 2014 called “Heartbreak Heard Around the World” featuring T-Pain. His debut album was released in 2016 called ‘Connection’.

Since then, Latimore has been in several films and TV shows. Some of his most notable roles include Black Nativity, Ride Along, Maze Runner, Like a Boss, Detroit, The Last Summer, The Chi and his latest movie, Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

As with many of his roles, Latimore has proven himself to be a well-rounded actor within the movie industry. Coming from an R&B singer’s background, he has made it look easy to cross-over into main stream movies.
