Being that Jussie Smollett’s story has been found to be fabricated, do you think that he should be prosecuted for filing a false police report? Why?

I do believe that falsifying evidence is really bad and he should be punished for his actions. However, the evidence that was found was not conclusive enough to prosecute him for this. We are unsure of his intentions with the Nigerians, so a trial is necessary.

Yes, he should be taken to jail because he filed a false police report. What he did was illegal and wasn’t right. Just because you’re a celebrity and want to make headlines, gives you no right to set up a fake incident.
