Braves’ Football Nabs 3rd Best 2023 Recruiting Class Amongst HBCUs

The Alcorn State University (ASU) Football Braves had the 3rd best recruiting class throughout Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) during the early signing period from Wednesday, December 21st through Thursday, December 22nd where they signed 18 athletes from across the country making the transition from high school and junior college to a 4-year institution fulfilling a lifelong dream. Alcorn also nabbed 6 more future Braves on Wednesday, February 1st on National Signing Day which completed the 2023 recruiting class. The young men were welcomed to ‘The Reservation’ in helps of getting the Braves back on track to winning the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Championship.

The 24 signees for the 2023 recruiting class are:
