Effective communication should be the foundation of the relationship. Knowing each other’s goals, visions, plans and beliefs thrives off of good communication. Communication between partners creates a sense of comfortability, stability and trust. These connections further help the growth of each individual as one. Communication is only important if there is understanding, whether right or wrong, both individuals should leave the dispute, seen, heard, and safe.
