Dylan Minnette is an actor, musician and singer. He is famously known for his role as Clay Jensen in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. He was born on December 29th, 1996 in Evansville, Indiana as the only child to Robyn and Craig Minnette. After leaving Evansville his family moved to Champaign, Illinois where they resided for 5 years, then left to pursue his acting career in Los Angeles, California. His first role was on the Nickelodeon show Drake and Josh. He has also been seen in multiple television and movie projects such as The Year Without Santa Claus, Snow Buddies, Fred Claus, The Clique, Prison Break, Saving Grace, Lost, and his most recent film appearance, Scream.
Minnette, is also a singer and guitarist with the band, Wallows. The band released their first EP in 2018 entitled ‘Spring’. In March of 2019, the group released their debut album ‘Nothing Happens’. Their latest release was an EP in 2020 entitled ‘Remote’ producing two singles, “Virtual Aerobics” and “Nobody Gets Me (Like You)”.
