Alcorn Announces Fall 2021 Prospective Graduates

Alcorn State University (ASU) has announced the prospective undergraduate and graduate students who will participate in the Fall 2021 commencement exercise. The graduation, which will have 203 undergraduates and 58 graduates, will occur on Saturday, December 11th, on the Lorman campus. The commencement will begin at 9:00 am in the Davey L. Whitney HPER Complex. Face covering are required for everyone entering the building regardless of vaccination status and each graduate will be issued five tickets for the event.

Dr. Dennis E. Thomas will be the keynote speaker for the occasion. Thomas, is the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner and a graduate of Alcorn. Thomas, who played under the tutelage of Marino ‘The Godfather’ Casem was a 2020 inductee into the Black College Football Hall of Fame.
