No, but progress has been made to completely abolish it within our lifetime, but it still remains a complex challenge, however, changing deeply ingrained societal attitudes and prejudices takes time and sustained effort.

No. No matter what law is set in place for racism people will still be racist. There are laws that people break daily because they don’t agree with so even after racism is hypothetically abolished people will still do their own thing.
