It took me a minute to rebuild myself
And when I did that, I found myself
Found my independence and my wealth
I grew closer to God, maintained my health
Learned from the past and placed it on the shelf
This season was greater, entitled “Self”
The potential has always been there, I needed no one else
Even when other’s left me hanging, like a cliff,
I’ve always remained humble and kept to myself
But now I’m big steppin’ with no one’s help
