Radio pioneer, Abigail Van Buren once said, “There are two kinds of people in the world, those who walk into a room and say, ‘There you are’ and those who say, ‘Here I am’.” Senior, Psychology major, and online marketer, Simeon Kimble, believes one day, he’ll be able to walk into a room and say, “Here I am”.

Growing up in Cleveland, Mississippi, Kimble lived an average life. Both of his parents were present, he was an honor roll student, ladies’ man and a four star football player. Kimble was a walk on with the football team at Alcorn State University, but that would quickly change. “I quit football because it started to feel more like a job. The strenuous hours on top of still having to do the same school work as the other students on campus didn’t seem feasible to me. I guess I became woke,” he says.

After quitting the team, Kimble searched for his niche, something that was just as exciting as football used to be to him. That exciting thing was marketing. He was introduced to Marquis Carter via Instagram and decided to connect with the young entrepreneur to help him teach millennials marketing skills. According to Kimble, “Coming up in my environment, I wanted to create a wave of entrepreneurship through social media.” And he is doing just that. The 22-year-old is a network marketing Instructor and Investor for the Unwavering Prosperity Association Major League through the Forex Market Company. He teaches team members how to trade world currencies from their phones.

As far as his time at Alcorn State University (ASU) goes, he isn’t worried about perfecting his curriculum skills. He utilizes his time there to network and link up with like minded people. “I really don’t let school stress me out. I already know I’m going to be full time when I graduate,” Kimble said.

The young businessman lives to motivate young millennials on the importance of success and wealth and teaches his son, Simeon Kimble II, how to be limitless. To him, it’s all about that millionaire mindset. “I know I’ll be a millionaire because I know I’m going to keep growing. You have to develop the mentality, the skill sets, the character, and the money blue print of a millionaire to be able to make and manage the millions,” Kimble stated.
