Taking the perfect picture may come easy to some but I speak from experience that taking the perfect picture can be extremely difficult especially when you must critique everything about the photo. Whether you’re trying to take a picture to post on your socials or just trying to submit a picture for something important here are three steps to get the perfect picture.
THE BACKGROUND
Where you take your pictures matter because it’s one of the first things people see besides you in the photo. The background can make or break your photo because sometimes it can take away from the picture itself. You never want your background to outshine you or your outfit.
LIGHTING
The lighting in the photo is also a key factor to making your photo look bomb. Based on where you take your picture and how the lighting is it can make you appear extra light or even darker. You never want to look too light or too dark, you always want to be glowing in your photos. The perfect way to look like you’re glowing in photos is taking pictures when the sun is out or where the lighting looks amazing.
ANGLES AND POSES
If you don’t know your angles, now is the time to find out. Practice having your friends or family members take pictures of you and look over them to find your good side.
