It’s the time of the year when the newest Mass Communications majors invade Alcorn State University’s (ASU) radio station, WPRL 91.7 FM to showcase their unique talents. Ten students have scheduled slots to entertain ASU and its surrounding areas with their unique radio shows.
Other than tuning in to WPRL 91.7 FM, listeners can also support the students by connecting to its webpage www.wprl.org and the TuneIn Radio app by typing in WPRL 91.7 FM. A variety of genres that will appear on the shows such as Gospel, Pop, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Soul and R&B. Each show will be one hour long and will be featured every Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
